Arrow keys issues in Photoshop 21.2 type tool

Navigating type tool with arrow keys has issues in the new Photoshop Windows 10 version.

Left and right arrow keys only move cursor for 2-3 characters, then it freezes for the next 3-5 clicks, then moves again for 2-3 characters etc. Seems to be a return of the focusing issue (that's what it was in the past with the same problem, according to the forums).

Same for space and backspace! Only work 30-40% of the time. Doesn't matter what the font is. The only way to make the keys work consistently is to wait for about a second between each click.
