Artboard moves to right center

Hello! I have been using Photoshop for years, but all of a sudden after the update, every time I am working on a project, sometimes when I save or sometimes if I move some items, the workspace will move itself to the right center. This is extremely annoying because I like to zoom in in certain areas and it will just move my working space over randomly, constantly. Anyone know how to fix this?
