Astronomy tools

Hello team,

I´m starging to use Ps and in several internet totorals I´ve seen a set of tools I cannot find in my Ps. Looking in deteil to the totorial it is called "Astronomy Tools v1_X".

 

Could you help me to get and list the steps to install this specific tools?

If this is what you're talking about you need to purchase the action set as it's not part of Photoshop
