Auto blend not working

Hello! I am in the middle of editing and my auto-blend layers is not working and it's grey. Im not too sure what I am doing wrong, and I've watched plenty of tutorials on how to fix it, but it seems to not be working. Any advice is welcomed, and if you need more pictures to demonstrate I will be happy to post more. Thank you!

Without seeing your layers palette to understand what's going on there and then of course all the other info like system details, document settings etc. we can't realyl tell you much. You need to provide more details.

Could you tell me where I need to go to see that information? I normally use Lightroom classic, but I need photoshop for some face swaps so I'm kinda new to it and how it works
