Auto Slices in Photoshop

Alright so I've been making a newsletter in photoshop and I added web slices in so I can make the buttons clickable. In default apple mail app it works perfectly and doesn't show the auto slices. But if I open up the exact same email in gmail, it looks awful and shows all the auto slices. Does anyone know how to fix this or delete all the auto slices to begin with. Ive attached screenshots of what it looks like in every email as well as my project in photoshop. Thanks in advance!
