Automate batch not working properly.

So I use the automate function quite often as I use it for watermarking. I went and made all the actions necessary. I was working fine just a few days ago but now when I run my batches nothing is happening. No watermarking is happening....everything else is working fine. Files open and get saved with correct extensions to file names. Was there something in a recent update that would cause this? I'd rather not have to manually watermark 125+ photos!
