Automate crop and straighten but avoid it making a duplicate ?

Hi,CS6I have started using the File>Automate>Crop and straighten but annoyingly it doesnt tackle the original but makes a copy and works on that, so I end up hitting ctrl S and its asking me for location and name. I then have the originals still requiring cropping as well as an inability to speedily do them all without being asked at each save.How can I make Pshop crop and rotate and save the original, and only the original ? Merlin

I am wondering the same. Now I am trying to automate crop and straighten in batch with a whole folder of images but it is saving with the word "copy" afterwards.
