Question

Automation batch with png files importing into a psd and then placing into a vantage point > export?

Hi,

I have loads of files (png), which i want to one by one import into a main template psd file and add it into a vantage point and then export it into the jpeg and then repeat with the next png file.

This process takes like 6 minutes of time for an average user like me. However I myself is a programmer (mainly php/javascript), and I know automation can help, but need to know if the above scenario is even possible at the moment? I want this automated to huge # of files like in thousands.

Please advise, thank you.

If you share your .PSD Vanishing Point template or a visual example of it, it would be easier for us to find you a solution. It is simple to automate but the only missing part of the puzzle is knowing the specs and data about the .psd template you mention.

@AntiTRUST – What do you mean by "vantage point"?

Can you please illustrate with screenshots of the appropriate panels to clarify (layers, properties etc)?

EDIT: @c.pfaffenbichler Great minds think alike? You beat me by 30 seconds!
