Automation / Script to Automate / Speed-Up Smart Objects for Photo Editing...

Question

Please see the task at hand split out over several images attached. I have spoken with an Adobe Community Professional, they have suggested that a combination of pen / magic tools and smart objects to introduce colour lenses to my eyewear frame images.
 
However this Adobe Pro also suggested there might be some in the community who have greater knowledge of scripts / automation to make this task even quicker.
 
Please advise and many thanks in advance for any help / suggestions

Even with scripting, you will still have to make the mask for each pair of glasses - at least to make it look decent. As far as the lenses, since they're round you would either have to recreate them or transform them to a rough size of the frames. This could be done with smart objects and a script to replace the contents of the smart object, providing that you have a file for each lens and that all the files are the same pixel dimensions. If you set it up, a script could increase your workflow in replacing the lenses.
