Avoid "Are you visiting adobe.com from outside your region?" dialog?

Hi All,

Whenever go to a help page from PS or LR I first have to answer the dialog shown below.  Is there something I can configure to make this just go the the United Kingdom version all the time as it's a small but annoying additional step?   I'm using a Google login.
