badly uploaded photo, burnt photo

Hello,
after the latest update, photos with high overexposure are uploaded in camera raw. When I open the photo in lightroom the photo is fine. Only in camera raw the photo is extremely bright. The same thing happens to me in lightroom classic. In lightroom the photo is normal in library and on the contrary in develop the photo is again overblown.

Can you please help me to make it work properly?
