barra de menu - Photoshop 2020

actualice el photoshop al 2020 y no veo  la barra de menu, intentè cabiar en preferencias la interfaz pero sigo sin ver la barra

por favot me ayudan?

    actualice los driver de la placa de video, pero los comandos siguen sin visualizarse..que mas puedo hacer o probar ?estos son mis driver de la placa de video y estan actualizados a la mejor version segun me  aparece en un cartel

    Photoshop detects that there are two card drivers, and does not decide on one, you would have to disable one so that Photoshop responds well to you, surely it is a problem that was not thought when it came to carrying it out ...

    Hi there,

    That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're using?

    Also, could you try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

    Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

      Hi Sahil

      I have version v 21.0.3; I compared the preferences with version v 20.0.8 that I still have installed and

      they are the same; but in the new version the menu bar commands are still not visible; What I can do?

      Hi

      Have you tried updating your GPU driver from the manufacturers website, it will be either Intel, Nvidia or AMD, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
