Basic beginner tutorial for chromakey

Can anyone please point me in the direction of a Basic beginner tutorial for using chromakey in Photoshop?

I have watched a bunch of tutorials on Youtube but all assume I am an expert with the program. I learned how to use chromakey in Paint.net in under 5 minutes but after watching over 10 tutorials for Photoshop, I am completely stumped.
