Batch crop

I have recorded a macro where I crop pitures to a specified format and size. The source-pictures are standing 1080x1440 px. The crop I recorded was to crop the size of the source-heigt, but to landscape-view 300x200 px. When I run the macro on a batch the result doesn´t align the way I recorded, instead of centering the image it results in a smaller image in the top-left corner.

What is it I don´t understand here?
