Batch process not working from Bridge 23 to PS 23, keeps reverting to PS22

My work flow when having to convert large number of PSD files to JPG is, Bridge-Tools-PS-Image Processor and set for JPG and run, works so well and is a huge time saver when managing large collections, however this process now re open PS22 and does not appear to work with PS23, is this a bug?

Solution was provided by Adobe, if using Ventura on a Mac you need to use the BETA version of Bridge.

This works ok and everything is now working as normal.

Yes everything is pointing to 23 and 24, also cannot get Bridge 23 to stay locked on
