Batch processing from Bridge in Photoshop

I have installed the latest versions of Bridge and Photoshop.  When I try to batch process from a selection of photos in Bridge I get a pop up saying I have to have the latest version of Photoshop, yet, I do have it installed. So I can't complete the process.

I have to open the photos in Photoshop and complete process there.

Bridge version - 13.0.4.755

Phoitshop version - 25.0.0  20230906.r.37 b14e317   x64
