Batch processing with Select Subject

Hi,

I am trying to create a batch processing workflow with select subject.  I have taken a video clip and exported it as a sequence of jpeg images.  What I'd like to do in photoshop is take each of these images then use "select subject" to isolate the subject in the image, apply an effect to the selected area, then export the image.

This is all fine until photoshop comes across an image where it cannot detect a subject.  At this point a "no subject found" prompt comes up, and I have to manually click to continue the batch processing.  Is there a way to automate continuing the action even if no subject is found?  I have figured out a pretty crude workaround in mac automator, but wonder if there is a way to deal with this directly in photoshop.
