Best Blk and Wht to Color tutorial

Can anyone recommend a  good tutorial for change an old black and white photo to color? I search and ask mighty Google and youtube, either too many tutorials which I tried but either too hard , or using older versions etc I use CC 2019. Need a project done before 5/19
