Bevel and emboss is gone after merging/rasterizing

Hi! I'm currently making a logo but the bevel emboss isn't acting right when I'm merging/rasterizing or even flattening the layer with that layer style. Please help me how to fix this 😞 (refer ti the pic below)

What exactly "isn't acting right", can you further explain if above answer is not solving your problem.

The usal cause is not viewing your document at 100% (actual pixels) before merging.

(View>100% menu item)

Viewing documents at other viewing percents can give misleading results when merging or flattening.
