Black Dark Prints

For the past several months my prints from Photoshop ave been coming out extremely dark.  My Photoshop is completely up-to-date, so I don't understand why this is happening.

In order to get a good print I have to use the Brightness tool and push it all the way to 100.

I've checked with Epson, my printer and it is not them.  I've printed from my Preview on my computer and the print comes out just fine, like it is supposed to.

Does anyone else have this problem?
