Black Screen Photoshop

Question

Hi,every time i open photoshop 2019 and i try to import a photo all the time a black screen appears. I looked in forums and they said to unselect open CL but it's still doesn't work. Please can you help me ? i tried to reboot, re-install and he still don't work...Thanks

HiCan you post a screenshot, does the image show in the layers panel but not in the workspace, if that is the case it's more than likely an issue with your GPU driverTake a look hereTroubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issuesIt may also help if you could post your Photoshop system info, go to Help > System Info and copy and paste that into this thread
