Hi ! Well for some reason my Blending Mods doesn't change no matter what I do...I tried it on CC 2021,2020,2019 it doesn't work on either of them SOMEHOW...I haven't used PS since I reinstalled OS (that should not be an issue since I always use same version of Win10) GPU is updated (gtx 1050 ti) and I have (i5 3350p processor)...Everything worked before but now It simply doesn't.To simplify it when I change blending mods they don't change.I tried enabling Legacy Compositing in 2019 version since it's not available in 2020 and 2021 but it didn't help.

If you are talking about Blending Modes for Layers, they blend the pixels of the layer on top with the layer underneath. Often when folks phrase this the way you have, the issue is they are trying to apply the Blending Mode to a file with one layer (or the bottom layer).

Can you show a screenshot with your layers panel and the blending mode applied to the upper layer so we can see your issue?
