blue lines in photoshop cs6?

sorry english isnt my first language, I might make some mistakes!

Im pretty new to pcs6 and was randomly clicking on stuff and then I clicked on the "numberlines" (?) and made these blue lines. its kinda obnoxious and I was also wondering what those "numberlines" are.

They are guides to help you align objects and position elements precisely on the page. They're very useful once you know how to use them.

Using grids and guides in Photoshop

You can hide them, move them or remove them:

To Show or Hide: View > Guide (toggle on and off)

To move or remove: grab a guide with your mouse cursor and move it - or drag it to the ruler ("numberlines").
