Question

Blue Screen

I was getting a blue screen error in Photoshop and Lightroom applications. I solved it by disabling the graphics card in the Lightroom application, but it continues in Photoshop. Solutions I tried: Uninstalling Intel and NVIDIA graphics card drivers and installing the latest versions, uninstalling and installing older versions, updating Windows, installing the old version of Photoshop, setting the default graphics card to NVIDIA, resetting Windows. None of them worked. I am sharing the minidump files with you. I would be happy if you help.

@Mert Can3419073651s7 Software should not cause a blue screen. Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

I suspect you have a hardware issue related to your graphics card, not software.

Conflicting dual GPUs is a well known problem. Disable the Intel GPU completely. Photoshop can only work with one GPU.
