Blue Square in Pattern Preview

I use the Pattern Preview under the View menu for most of my creations to check if the design is seamless. However, the BLUE SQUARE around the original "tile" disrupts my ability to zoom in and see if any of the pixels need adjustment.

Is there any way to remove the blue line that instantly pops up when doing a pattern preview. Also is there any way to setup a hot key for pattern preview.

Thank you.

Correct answer Jeff Arola

That's called the Pattern Preview Tile Bounds.

You can Press Ctrl+H to hide the blue box

Press Crtl+H to see the blue box again.

(View>Extras)

(Cmd+H on a Mac)

To set a hot key go to Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts>Application Menus>View>Pattern Preview
