Blur gallery tools (Field blur, iris blur, tilt shift) preview results are not applying after "OK"

Blur gallery tools (Field blur, iris blur, tilt shift) preview results are not applying after hitting the "OK" button. The shadow is harsh and not blured at all as showing in the preview mode. Please anyone help me out in solving this issue why it's happening. Is this relates to hardware or some settings?
