Blurry content while working in photoshop 2022

the edges of the elements used while working in the photoshop 2022 are blurry and pixelated

i have checked the dpi ratio and the document size, they are peoper and appropriate

i am attaching a screenshot of the same

If the question is sincere please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible.
