Blurry Photos when ever I save them

Hello, my name is Morgan I have a quick question. For work I have to make power points where I typically create content or edit the content in Photoshop. I have noticed that the photos when I save them become blurry or not as crisp. What do you think I can do to fix the issue? I have tried resizing and everything but I feel like its an issue from opening a PDF or a saved image then saving it back to a jpg?

Resize down to fit whatever screen resolution it will be seen on. A standard HD screen is 1920 x 1080 pixels. Ignore physical size or ppi, that doesn't apply on screen.

Then give it a touch of sharpening at final size, just to make it pop. The ACR filter is good for this.

Jpeg will be fine if saved once. Avoid resaving as jpeg.

JPEG will compress image data everytime you save it, that can be a reason. Image can loose quality when applying strong compression, especially multiple times. Another thing to check is image dimensions. Image can be blurry if you are heavily enlarging image in power point due to smaller dimensions.

Will saving the image as a BMP or Tiff be better than JPG? Is there anything else to do to get rid of this problem?

Try to save as TIFF although JPEG may work with the different compression ratio (quality settings).

Can you describe the process in Photoshop and post the screenshot with export/save dialog so we can see quality settings etc?
