I have install photoshop 2019 CC + creatif cloud ...

I have remove the  administrator rights.

Now i cannot open JPEG in photoshop.

Why ?

Photoshop need administrator rights ??

Hi, i have reinstall all adobe creative suite + photoshop in user account + admin rights on it.

And same problems ....

I have check all drivers on my HP laptop + intel drivers support / assistance

Nothing to do all is update allready !

I5-7200U on my laptop and no graphics card.

And i have do Téléchargements de logiciels et de pilotes HP pour les ordinateurs portables HP | Assistance à la clientèle HP®

Because it is HP laptop, and i have do all update.

I will try to uninstall my intel graphics card.

+ It no on this account. I can give you e-mail adress if you would in MP.

Download and reinstall the driver from here, even if Intel Support Assistance tells that no updates are available

Hi there,

To open and edit any image in Photoshop from a particular drive, Photoshop needs read & write access to the file which requires correct permissions.

I have the jpeg in my desktop ...

W10, 1803.

Reinstall photoshop in account administrator, and i have problem on my name user ...

Hi

Are you getting an error message when you try to open a jpeg, can you open any other files type PSD's etc

No nothing, just cannot see images :s on background.

I can see the icon of the jpeg in "calque".
