Bote de pintura

No he podido rellena una forma (rectángulo) con la herramienta Bote de pintura porque me aparece "Herramienta Colocar material 3D" ¿Dónde encuentro el bote de pintura?´ Ayuda!!!!

What is the Workspace? 

Have you tried Window > Workspace > Essentials? 

 

Other than that you can also try using Edit > Toolbar to hide, show, re-arrange Tools or just »Restore Defaults«.
