Both Photoshop and Illustrator putting thin black outline around everything

Hello,

Both Photoshop and Illustrator are putting a black line around all of my vector shapes no matter what I do. I have no stroke set to my shapes. There are no strokes in the appearance menu and I've tried setting the Interface settings in Preferences to "none" as advised in a post I saw about this. Nothing is working.

    If you drew this as a Rectangle shape, then select it with the Path Selection tool "A" (black arrow). Show a screenshot with the shape selected and your options bar, Layers panel, and Properties panel visible. (All are in the Windows menu.)
