Bottom of the Merge to HDR dialog cutoff on 1366 x 768 screen on Windows 10

Hello,

The bottom of the Merge to HDR dialog cut off on 1366 x 768 screen on Windows 10. I have the same issue on two different screens. I am using my tv (32 inches) as the display for one system and 19 inches acer monitor for another system. I am using the same resolution as mentioned on both the displays. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. I have also tried all options for upscale. When I hide the taskbar of the windows the dialogue box show up just fine. But, the moment I click on any side of the box to resize the dialogue box it expands and the bottom cuts off again. And it surely cuts off with the taskbar on each time. Please help to resolve the issue. Any help will be much appreciated. I have attached the screenshots for reference. I am using the most updated version of Photoshop.
