[ Branched ] Nested Layer groups from a text file

How could you make a set of folders from a text file included nested folders? Ideally i'd like to colour them too. r-bin​

In order to try to answer your question, it's need to at least know what kind of information is in your text file and in what format.

    It would be a list. each group on a separate line. At present I have an action which makes a set 22 nested groups and changes the colours some of them I need to do the same thing for various projects with different group names
