Bridge > Photoshop Batch - how to save files in the same folder adding a word to the name?

Within Bridge I select a number of files, then Tools > Photoshop > Batch and perform an action.

Right now the source file is overwritten.

How to add e.g. 'results' to the filename and save them along with the source files   without  me having to click click click browse click click.. selecting the destination file each time?

 

Also is there a way to have the result file be saved in 'High' quality (8) by default?

Created an Action, used Image Processor, the resulting file ends up in a JPEG folder as a sub folder of the folder where the original resides.

That is perfect.

You would need to to batch your action with a script like Image Processor or Image Processor Pro and have the script do the saves not your action. In fact they will not overwrite files. If the output files exists they will add a suffix toe the file name and save a new file with that file name.
