Question

Bring out ink (handwriting) from an infrared image

I have been testing different inks that are visible under IR - now some inks simply don't show. Is there a way to apply a filter / channel etc.  to bring out the colours of the ink?

You can check each channel individually. There might be a faint trace in one channel, obscured by the others.

But basically, if you can't see it, you can't see it. There's nothing "hidden". An IR image is no different than a visible light image.
