Broken file with any action

Hello,

Following the new update, I had small problems. An old file that worked well: (A mock-up with 3D options, by projecting a logo on a texture), gets corrupted during the slightest modification on the file. The problem seems to go away when I downgrade. Do you also have this problem? I can share the file if needed.
I'm using PS. with MAC, full updated.
