Broken link - Adobe Color Printer Utility download for Mac

On this page https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/no-color-management-option-missing.html the Mac application link does not work - it’s a kind of web bug

Clicking "download" I see this which looks promising:

but next this:

I tested using macOS Catalina - but also reported by others

with Brave Browser failed - I got the error above

I also tested Safari - intriguingly that apparently works OK
