Broken Remove Tool in latest update [26.0.0]

When attempting to paint over an area with the Remove Tool, it just fills the area with black, gray, or colored noise.

It only seems to work if Generative AI is on, and in that state, the brush draw rate is so slow and sluggish, I feel like I'm working on a 10-year old PC.

Anyone experiencing the same?

Go to the NVIDIA website, download and install the latest driver. Does that fix the issue?
