Brush behaving weird - sample preview is correct but in Brush Settings it is screwed up

My brushes are behaving weird.

"SoftTexture" used to look like the sample in the overview but suddenly it started behaving wierd.

It seems like pressure sensitivity started controling spacing (to a certain extent) and no tranfer whatsoever. In the brushsettings transfer is on but it doesn't show in the preview. 

Everything is normal if I choose the same brush as an eraser. Only diffenrence I see i that Flow jitter is on for the eraser but not available on the brush. And if I take a look at the dualbrush overview it seem like all the brushes lacks transfer for the brush settings but has transfer on the Eraser settings.

Any idea what is going on?
