Brush minimum size too wide

I have a set of lettering brushes that are all very wide in size even if I set it to the minimum. How can I change this and keep all the brushes the minimum size I want to without editing the settings everytime?

I can't access my laptop right now, but I can tell you that the brushes stay wide even if I reduce their sizes (say from 2500 to 50) like they were built to have a large size.

Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Brush Settings, Options Bar, …) visible?

Do the Brush Presets utilize Pressure Sensitivity?
