Brush out texture except face in Lightroom Ipad to Photshop Ipad

Hello,

I was wondering. In Photoshop on Macbook, I duplicate a layer and open in Camera Raw to use the Texture feature for skin smoothening. Once back in Photoshop, I can brush out everything except the face.

The Texture feature exist in Lightroom for Ipad but when I import into Photoshop, I can't brush out even when I send it back to Lightroom

can someone help please.  Thanks
