Brush outer and inner circle for hardness adjustment?

Hi all, may I please get some help how to make the brush like the one in attached screenshot? thanks heaps in advance!

Now I am not entirely sure because I have my own preferences when it comes to cursors, but if you are using Windows check Preferences > GPU settings and see if the Drawing mode will only let you select Basic.  You can see that Normal and Advanced are greyed out on my system.

 

If that is the case then I suspect (but don't know) then this could be the issue.  It is a known bug from V22.3  and I am also unable to display the double cursor, and have some other GPU related issues.  So just wait for the update and cross fingers it has fixed it.
