Brush panel bug

When I click on the brush icon on the top bar. The brush panel window is growing without I throwing it big until it fills my whole screen.

    You mean the workspace? I tried that but It did not work. I also removed all downloaded brushes. Normally I would just drag the window back, but I can't reach the end of the panel window.
