Brush settings not working

Hi

I just opened Photoshop 2020 for the day and for some reason my brush settings are suddenly not working correctly. I always have my brush "Transfer" set to "Pen Pressure" for both "Opacity Jitter" and "Flow Jitter". Yet my brushes are painitng as if "Transfer" is unchecked and set to "off". I tried resetting my brushes as well as uninstallling and reinstalling Photoshop. Neither has worked. 

Please help. Thanks.

In the meantime, I have gone back to Photoshop 2019 as that seems to be working correctly.
