Brush strokes disappear then reappear?

Currently running Photoshop CC, and my brushes were working absolutely fine just a few days ago, but just TODAY, my brushstrokes would be moving along fine, and then, I don't even know, undo themselves? Like, if my strokes are really quick, the last stroke would be erased in half or just disappear. Then, when I make another stroke, it pops back up? It's incredibly frustrating and I don't know what to do. I reset the tools, reset the tablet, and nothing.

HELP. !
