Brush Tool

My brush tool is squared off instead of being rounded. Whenever I use the tool now I get a jagged edge instead of being able to smooth out my edges.  When I take the brush down to 6px or less I get a square.  Everything above that is still squared off to a certain extent.  Please See screenshot.

That looks like you are using the pencil tool not the brush tool.

It's the same weather I'm using the brush or pencil or the eraser too as well.
