Brush tool acting like color picker

I'm using the Wacom tablet, and everytime I try to use the brush tool it switches to color picker (while the brush tool looks like it's still selected). Does anyobody know how to fix this?

    Are you using Windows?

    If so type "control panel " into the Windows search bar and open the control panel.
    Choose Pen and Touch

    Under pen options click on Press and Hold and then click the Settings button

    Uncheck - Enable press and hold for right clicking

    Press OK, and OK again when back to the pen and touch dialogue

    Close control panel
