Brush tool randomly stops working properly

Hello,

I'm an illustrator working for a company. I draw on a Wacom tablet and use Photoshop. I mostly use the brush tool. The main problem is that sometimes (this is random) the brush won't correctly register. I will only get a point at the start of the line and nothing more. In the past Photoshop would register the start of the line and the end of the line and would draw a straight line between them, even when I would zigzag. Now it only registers the beginning. The pressure is also registerred because I can see the point changing while giving more pressure, but it will not move from the startingpoint.

I have added two clips to show it.

BRUSH-01 (one example):

• I'm using an inkpen
• After panning the command malfunctions
• The pressure is still registered
• After erasing the malfunction is gone

BRUSH-02 (this one has a cut and two examples):

• This brush changes form by tilting
• After panning the brushshape won't change and is not drawing strokes
• This time I noticed that when I move the pen far from the screen and back the malfuntion stops

Summary:

• The problem always happens after panning
• The problem stops after using a different function like erasing
• The problem happens more frequently when the drawingfile gets bigger
• The problem happens with all the different tablets I have used
  • Wacom CIntiq 13HD
  • Wacom Cintiq Pro 16
  • Wacom Cintiq Pro 24
  • Wacom Cintiq 22
• The problem has been happening on many different wacom drivers. The last driver I had NOT had the problem was v.6.3.30-6. This driver is to old for my current tablet unfortunatly so rolling back will not solve it
• The problem has been happing for several older Photoshops at least since 2018
• The problem happend on different systems too
