Brushes bug on photoshop

Hi, I want to report a recent tecnical issue I had on Photoshop. Basically, all the brushes has started to not paint any kind of flat colour, they only paint layered colours and the texture bottom was always off. The issue has started rignt after, yes its awkward to say, my cat stepped on my keyboard.

    Hey there! Welcome to the Photoshop community. My pets step on the keyboard & so far, no harm done. It happens to the best of us.

     

    I've moved the thread from bugs to discussions for now. You can begin with resetting the brush tool itself in this case. Right-click on the Tool icon in the Toolbar menu & select Reset Tool.


     

    You can also check the blend mode for the Layer or the Brush itself.
