BRUSHES DISSAPPEARED AFTER TECH SUPPORT SUPPOSEDLY FIXED

MY BRUSHES SEEM TO HAVE DISSAPPEARED AFTER TECH SUPPORT IN 2 SECS FLAT WENT INTO MY FILE AND BASICALLY DELEATED THE TOOLS FILE -- TELLING ME THAT THE REASON FOR THE INITIAL BRUSHES ISSUES WAS THE NEED TO DELETE - WHEN TECHS DO THINGS VERY FAST ESPECIALLY TECHS WHO ARE NOT VERY EXPERT -- ESPECIALLY WITH ADOBE--- ESPECIALLY QUICKLY -- WHILE ACTING LIKE THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING -- BEWARE! - NOW I CANT USE BRUSHES FOR DAYS. AND MY TIME LINE FOR PRODUCTION HAS BEEN DISTURBED.

I'm sorry to hear this, but we are user forum support and separate from Adobe's official support. We cannot undo what they have done because we are not allowed to access your computer.

I do not know if you are using a Mac or PC, but it helps to save the custom brushes you are using to a separate file and keep a backup elsewhere.

If you cannot recover from backup, you will need to recreate your brushes and brush settings. If you some how saved them, you can load them from the folder you saved them to.

Others, like Trevor Dennis and J.J. Mack to name a few, are the experts and can suggest other ideas, but please back up your Presets often.
